Generally speaking, Wooden Spoon products do contain Egg, Milk, Soy, and Wheat. Our White Chunk Macadamia Nut Wooden Spoon cookie dough is the only Wooden Spoon product that contains nuts, specifically tree nuts.

All other flavors of Wooden Spoon cookie dough do not contain and are not made with peanuts, tree nuts, or any other kind of nuts; however, there are products with nuts made on the same manufacturing equipment.

It is best to keep Wooden Spoon products frozen until you are ready to use them. We recommend storage in a chest freezer at 0° F or below for optimal product longevity. However, you may store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks if you will be using them within the 2 week time period.

Wooden Spoon product shelf life is 1 year from date of manufacture when kept at 0° F or below. We do recommend that you use your Wooden Spoon products within 6 weeks of receiving it for best product performance.
